The restoration of the Mausoleum
Between June and July of 2021, Mario Cappa carried out, with the support of the Rome Battleship Museum in Mahon and our Association, a thorough cleaning and conservation of the Mausoleum, which had been damaged by bad weather and time.

The process involved washing with a katcher, the restoration of the letters of the names and the spreading of the protective varnish.
